PA has a voted in EL (in September), the EL who is elected chooses his Mods. SuperNova (the current EL) chose Skippy, Black Orchid and Mantra. AiA has been an EL as has Boxy. Boxy hasn't posted here for ages. Both are still listed but I have no idea what their authority is. Mantra "resigned" so she lost her Mod creds.

Freediver is the "owner" of PA but he doesn't administer it. SuperNova is The Boss but I gather Skippy is 2IC while SN is busy with work ...
