And in the event that North Korea did attack or cross the line as detonating a Nuke in the atmosphere in the Pacific WOULD BE CROSSING THE LINE....I have no doubt we would bring to bear some highly advanced never before been used Black U.S. Military Weapons Systems and the RODS OF GOD system immediately comes to mind.

We have the RODS of GOD system ready to fly and be launched into orbit from Vandenburg AFB as a missile would carry a RODS of GOD satellite system into orbit each satellite having 12 to 18 RODS....each ROD being about the same size as a telephone pole comprised of depleted Uranium encased in Tungsten Steel then coated in ceramic reentry material.

Each ROD has a small rocket engine on the end of each one and when a ROD reenters Earth's atmosphere it will be traveling at between 18,000 to 36,000 mph depending upon angle of attack.

When a ROD impacts the target the kinetic energy transfer releases the same about of energy that would be released by a small nuclear weapon.

There is NO RADIATION.

North Korea is preparing to test a long-range missile which it believes can reach the west coast of the United States, a Russian lawmaker just returned from a visit to Pyongyang was quoted as saying.

Anton Morozov, a member of the Russian lower house of parliament's international affairs committee, and two other Russian lawmakers visited Pyongyang on October 2-6, Russia's RIA news agency reported.

"They are preparing for new tests of a long-range missile. They even gave us mathematical calculations that they believe prove that their missile can hit the west coast of the United States," RIA quoted Morozov as saying.

"As far as we understand, they intend to launch one more long-range missile in the near future. And in general, their mood is rather belligerent."

Bring it on Kimmy. He has been disturbingly quiet lately.

Chinese Leaders are worried that Little KIm will embarrass China by testing a missile or nuke during the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (commonly referred to as Shijiu-da; Chinese: 十九大) will be held in Beijing, People's Republic of China, opening on 18 October 2017.

It would REALLY PISS OFF Chinese Leadership if Fat Boy Kim tests something at that time.

If North Korea does this most likely China will align itself even to a greater degree with the United States.

I think the anniversary of North Korea's first nuclear test and the anniversary of the inception of their Workers Party also fall in October so Kimmy has a few dates to play around with.

Yeah he is up to something.

Right now the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Supercarrier USS Ronald Reagan Strike Group is in Hong Kong on shore leave,

When they finish shore leave they will sail to Korea to conduct Naval Exercises with South Korea.

It is KILLING Little Kim that a U.S. Supercarrier Strike Group is in China.

OK Buddy,
I shall make a prediction:

Trump has already made a deal so China will take out fat Kim.
The Yanks will be there to help China.

China will get some new territory and Trump gets rid of the NK threat.

It's a good deal.

the art of the deal.

Well it sounds like a good deal but you underestimate just how distasteful some members of the Old Guard Maoist Chinese Communist Party Members will find it to do anything against a fellow Communist State.

The new guard young Chinese understand that their relationship with the United States is many many times more important to them than any relationship with North Korea but still I do NOT see China directly attacking North Korea.

More likely China will do everything it can to help the U.S. rid the world of Fat Boy Kim.
