What gets me is that they think Defending their Property by shooting somebody is NOT MURDER. ONLY in America!
Well I'm not in America .. Ha, I can't even get a visa to set foot on US territory ... and I don't think shooting, bludgeoning or machete hacking an intruder should constitute "murder".
I defended a property (with a woman and 3 children in the house) with a mattock handle [Nov 2003] and put the home invader in hospital.
We rang the police and ambulance (for intruder's injuries), plus I gave him 1st aid while unconscious.
There's 2 police stations within 10 minutes drive of that house (Gin Gin & South Kolan) but it took 2 hours for police to turn up at a 000 reported home invasion and injury. Ambulance cancelled when intruder got up, got in his car and drove away.
I was on trial for 10 months. Charged with 'Assault with a deadly weapon' (potentially 10 years gaol/jail), later reduced to 'Assault causing bodily harm whilst armed' (potentially 2 years gaol/jail). Copped 180 hours community service.
As I said to the police who charged me "I could have finished the job, put his body and dog [Rottweiler] in his car, dumped the car in the river, and nobody would've known he'd even come to the house".
Next time I confront an intruder, they won't get to tell lies about me in court. They'll be pig food.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?
