I do not subscribe to giving loons a free hand until it is too late to take action. First you need to find them, then have the capability to destroy them.
The experts are currently saying that will involve all out war with men on the ground.
It will therefore involve the Korean War pt2. With invasions across the border and many many civilian casualties especially in SK.
