As far as I can see Black Orchid deleted or moved comments that were in a board that she has been asked to keep reasonably tidy from off topic abuse and bullshit.
When I first became admin here I introduced a rule that we keep politics free of mindless abuse and SN has carried on that rule. A board was created for mindless abuse to be hurled at each other if that is what posters wish to do. I am not above any of this and have thrown more than my fair share of mindless abuse about, I just don't do it in politics or boards like this one as we're trying to keep them for grown up discussion.

you didn't answer the question. Should a mod delete comments because she doesn't find them witty? that was the reason she gave. She say she found it abusive.
