New series started tonight - great stuff as always.

But, can't believe a bird shit on that nice guy's head (Jorge)......it's supposed to be good luck, but still surely there are other guys to shit on?

Not a one for cooking programs on the telly--that must be a surprise to some--tho I did like the Two Fat ladies, mainly for the mocking at food fads etc. Jamie wouldn't be the worst one to watch, if you are into that.

Aye - I don't like cooking shows either, but seeing Jamie traipse around USA perked my interest. We bought his cookbook last week, and watching him engage with the people whose photos you see in the book adds a human element you don't really see too often. At least Jamie isn't all that interested in furthering his celebrity (well, maybe he is, but at least he doesn't wank over his plates like most chefs on the box), and allows the food and characters to tell the story.
