What would you do to make WA a place to live ?

Seems we have people leaving the state in droves and the flow on effect is detrimental to economy , lived here all my life and i really cant think of a major draw card that would have you move from East coast , QLD a mining state as well has diversified and built the theme parks and high rises to bring in the punters and tourist dollars .

If you were a leader how would attract people to move and stay here and get tourists to choose the West over East ?

2. Secede the state- Now known as IQ rather than WA.
3. Wait for the GRALP to force a carbon tax and trading system on everyone else.
4. Burn oil, start tyre fires, burn bush land.
5. Have the rest of Australia pay us billions to stop in return for a carbon credit/piece of paper saying "we've stopped".
6. Outlaw leftism.
7. Legalise guns
8. Set up outback hunting grounds/hunger games stocked with the now outlawed lefty's and charge entry fees. Opulent Trump hotels would dwarf the grounds for hunters to stay in and trigger the captive lefty's for easy pickings.
