Just who is this Biden dude? I don't follow USA politics too closely, but WTF is he?

He is gonna need to have some real substance, as I just can''t bring myself to believe that Obama is anything other than a show pony who knows how to deliver a speech.

Getting messages across with speech is what politicians do, inspiring people with speech is what great politicians do... and then there's Bush, who should have been flipping burgers for a living

Great politicians also have to actually do something other than just make the nation “feel” inspired and so far Obama does not have a significant record in that department.

I think Peggy Noonan said it best, "Republicans were always saying, "This is what I'll do." Mr. Obama has a greater tendency to say, "This is how we'll feel." Republicans talk to their base with, "If we pass this bill, which the Democrats irresponsibly oppose, we'll solve this problem." Democrats are more inclined toward, "If we bring a new attitude of hopefulness and respect for the world, we'll make the seas higher and the fish more numerous."

McCain sees the Presidency as a platform to get things done Obama sees it as a stage to perform on.

And yet more often than not the burger flipper has outmaneuvered his more eloquent political opponents and got what he wanted.

Even with a Democratic Congress elected to stop the war, stupid Bush not only stopped them, he upped the ante and produced the surge.

If Bush is that dumb imagine how dumb his democratic opponents are, loosing two elections to him and most of their legislative battles with him.

Beaten by a burger flipper, now that is dumb.
