well the way I see it.. he was charged with murder...

that stopped any other verdict being brought in..

his action after the death was never really taken into account...
the main things I feel he did..

was prevent her from leaving the apartment.

and leaving the scene of the crime/accident...he was gone for hours...

so he knew he had done something either wrong or not right..

he was also calm when he left that building...he knew he didnt want to get involved with the police at that time.

To be absolutely honest, this Tostee thing is a lost cause. WHY anybody is still carrying on about the dickhead, who knows. The Court has decided. No more speculation required. End Of.

I gather that a Coronial Inquest is a normal progression AFTER the Court case. Nobody should be getting their knickers in a twist ... they will be examining WHY and HOW the girl died, not "who dunnit" that has already been established. It wasn't dickhead.

An inquest is a court hearing conducted by the coroner to gather more information about the cause and circumstances of a death. Coroners can also make recommendations about matters connected with the death, including matters related to public health and safety or the administration of justice.

PS Aussie also thought that Baden-Clay would get a reduction to MANSLAUGHTER with his Appeal. He did NOT. Have fun in gaol, Gerbil.

Exactly. Tostee, Baden-Clay and Morcombe ... all Queensland cases and he is an expert on all of them.

However, the most recent thing was the arrest of the Claremont Serial Killer ... remember those girls murdered in Perth during the mid-1990s? They have arrested one Bradley Robert Edwards .... a Telstra Technician. Aussie has no clue about it and cares less. I, and many others, are interested in AUSTRALIA as a whole, not just what goes on in bloody Queensland.
