2017
2017 is supposedly a year of new beginnings if you follow numerology. Let's hope they are right and we all have the new beginnings that may, or may not, have bypassed us in 2016.

I'm a number 7 too.
The number 7 is the seeker, the thinker, the searcher of Truth (notice the capital "T"). The 7 doesn't take anything at face value -- it is always trying to understand the underlying, hidden truths. The 7 knows that nothing is exactly as it seems and that reality is often hidden behind illusions.

I tend to stick with the Chinese horoscope.. no idea why...I am a RAT and if anything makes me sick its rats.. ughhhhh...
this is the year of the Rooster...so I am glad I am not one of those annoying birds at least..but a RAT anything but a rat....

In one legend Buddha was leaving earth and the animals decided to rave a race to say goodbye. The rat with it's cunning and wits won the race and was the first to say goodbye.
The position of the animals in the Chinese horoscope is the positions they came in the race.
The cat and rat were good friends and the cat asked the rat to wake him in time for the race. In his excitement the rat forgot and by the time the cat awoke the race was over. This is why the cat hates the rat and will chase him when their paths cross.

There is nothing that terrible about a rat Cods. Some people keep them as pets. Every animal has a few redeeming features. The Chinese zodiac symbols are very interesting, although I can't see too many members here disclosing what animal they are. It would be too revealing.
