When you ignore the religious aspect, you can see that the Great Pyramid does indeed align in the sky. But that is just the beginning.
SN where are you?
Did you know that Nazca lines are a geometric stellar chart, and that they seem to give an explanation of how to get from X > Y, etc?
Its Trigy, but not as we know it.

The Great Pyramids do appear to align to some constellations if you roll back the position of the earth 3,000 years but for the purpose to allow the right transit to the place where the afterlife is.
The Egyptians had some advanced trigonometry and math for the times. Nothing amazing really. Great engineering and human organizational skills.
The Nazca lines are image and messages for the gods as they only have form when viewed from up high, that doesn't mean they didn't have the ability to draw an image and work out how to draw it on the ground to a larger scale. Ratios. All good work by a smart person, ahead of his/her time. No mystery considering that the human brain has not evolved in the last 10,000 - 100,000 years. We are smart critters... our secret is our ability to pass knowledge down from one generation to the next and build on it. We have a history of building on the shoulders of giants.
To look for out of this world explanations just assumes our ancestors were too stupid. This is not true. Knowledge was gained, then lost, then rediscovered over the centuries. Now we have institutions that do not lose knowledge and schools to allow the knowledge to be learned by anyone who wants it or has the capacity to learn it. Then we have people who build on the knowledge of humanity.

Air is a mixture of gases the space shuttle is a mixture of solids. The same gravity works on both of them. The same gravity works on us.AnaTom wrote:.
Got that SN?.
Ill take you up on the air bit Rosarch.
Why is the air spread a certain distance above the earth, yet the shuttle is ground bound, doomed?
And, If you took a hose into space from the ground, and sprayed air out there past our atmospheric boundary, which way does it go, and why?
PS, Im not trying to be clever, just out of the box.
Oh and many things would impact on your air filled hose, gravity and also temperature for another one.
Do you know how a barometer works?

I'm thinking lots of real... science and engineering will be lost on this one.

I think the force is weak with this one.Rorschach wrote:I'm thinking lots of real... science and engineering will be lost on this one.

Rosarch, I was meaning which way does the air head. Not whether or not it got there.
Barometer, a measure of the fluctation in the skin of the heleiosphere, acting on the internal pressure of a curved copper core, flexible enough to expand thus bend in a circle pulling on a lever that activates clockword which appears on the other side as a slight movenet in one direction or another of an indicative hand against an incremental chart
Well, was I right?
What the measure of magnetic force people. You cant google it (I think).

I think force is force and magnetomotive force = FAnaTom wrote:.What the measure of magnetic force people. You cant google it (I think).
Table here is interesting. Unit of measure I think is your choice but is can be measured in newtons or various ways in relation to field and electrical units.

Yet a gravity wave can cause a fluctuation in the atmosphere, say solar winds, and yet pass right through the shuttle with no effect.Rorschach wrote:Air is a mixture of gases the space shuttle is a mixture of solids.
Weird?
Must be a Mass problem. But which physics do we chose? the defiant ones, or the ones that add up on chalk?
Presumably, the new gravity engine must gather mass equivalent to the shuttle to move it. OR, does simply grabbing traction on a few particles mean it can creep along at speed adequate?
