I have had a few colonoscopy ops myself with polops removed, worst part is the diet leading up to it!

On the last occasion I also had an Upper Endoscopy done at the same time while I was under anesthetic due to digestive problems

Anyway it had me a bit worried that they might use the same camera! YUK!!

Most are done under heavy sedation and not a general and they DO NOT HURT and you don't remember a thing either. lol

Correct, I have had exactly the same procedure. Colonoscopy and endoscopy with polyp removal under sedation, although i did wake up when they started the endo (fairly common as it feels like you are choking)and they had to increase the sedation.
Had to drink the foul crap that makes you piss out of your ass the day before.

It's a routine exam. Nothing dramatic about it at ll.

I have to have them every 6 months or less and anyone who has actually undergone the procedures would know how it is actually done.

Yes didnt hurt or notice anything really!

Apart from the horrible lead up diet!

It's like a general and they feed the drugs in through a cannula and you just go to sleep and when you wake up you don't remember a thing. No pain.

Perhaps the Angels told Lisa something else while they were saving her and there are NO symptoms for polyps.

Intense fever and sickness? Again, it makes a mockery of people who really do suffer with real illnesses.

Polyps do not make you sick and feverish. You would never even know they were there and are only found if there is cause to look.


There are absolutely no symptoms.

Ummm no....polyps can make you feel VERY sick.

And there are a constellation of symptoms which can occur concurrently.

Best you stick to what you know....and leave medical issues to those who are qualified AND/OR have been advised by those who are medically qualified.

Otherwise you will run the risk of posting BS....again.

There ARE symptoms....lots of them and they vary from person to person.

This advice/info is straight from my gastroenterologist.

There should be info on this somewhere on the internet. Having said that, nothing beats asking your doctor yourself!
