Ceduna junkies
Ceduna junkies not happy
Postby skippy » Mon Oct 31, 2016 7:57 am
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has hailed results from the first six months of a trial of the cashless welfare card in both Ceduna and the Kimberley region.
Malcolm Turnbull to release report into cashless welfare trial today
Results show reductions in poker machine revenue and increase in people entering sobering-up facilities
Some welfare recipients still not convinced
The Federal Government said arrests for public drunkenness, revenue from poker machines and admissions to sobering-up centres had all dropped since the trial began.

Mr Turnbull will release a report into the trial today.
The report will show a 15 per cent reduction in poker machine revenue in the Ceduna pub, with a similar reduction experienced in the other trial site in Wyndham in Western Australia's East Kimberly region
The low life of Ceduna are not happy to have had their cash replaced with welfare cards. Now instead of spending their money on drugs alcohol and gambling they have to feed their children. There have been some very angry drug heads in Ceduna over the past six months

It's obviously full of low life bludgers with no future.
Otherwise the government would not have chosen it for this trial.
I expect it is full of indigenous people with no options for employment and white trash.

The little I have seen of its inhabitants leaves a lot to be desired.
