Forum Glitches - Identify and Action Plan
Dear all,
I have noticed and have reports of certain glitches. Nothing more off putting than a system that performs inconsistently to any on line community..
Can I ask you to share your experiences, log glitches here (screenshots I am sure we are all expert now) and any information on how you would reproduce them.
I would like to know all the issues. I would then like us to investigate what the web says about them. Then discuss with FD on how to get them fixed... over time and agree a plan to address each. Some we may need to live with but at least we will know.

That was clever, creating a forum glitch in the forum glitch thread IQ.
How do you reproduce that.
Issue:. Hidden post even though the last posted user is shown.

Ignore seems to be working strangely... sometimes it throws you back a page when you click on a post you have ignore for the user.

Oh and of course there is the EDIT glitch, (General Error), I'm sure everyone is aware of.

I noticed that glitch too, so I removed the person I had on ignore. Problem fixed.Rorschach wrote:Ignore seems to be working strangely... sometimes it throws you back a page when you click on a post you have ignore for the user.

I have never put anyone on ignore here but the editing error is easily bypassed, as I posted elsewhere. I doubt FD is likely to do anything about any of the glitches.

Don't have to scroll through so much Aussie/IQS/Aussie/IQS/Aussie/IQS/Aussie crap...

I'm getting a few double posts - even though I submit it only once. It might be a virus of some sort. It does the same on Facebook when I post, although it only shows up once to the recipient.
