My apologies....I should have stated "would you convict Tostee of murder or manslaughter or would you acquit him?

I would love to convict the dhead of murder but based on the evidence presented...I would convict him of manslaughter.

There's just not enough evidence to convict him of murder.

I think the Jury is having trouble with "beyond reasonable doubt", they keep sending messages to the Judge for clarification of stuff. I guess we will have to wait and see. I actually hope he does get found guilty of manslaughter and spends some time in the clink, he is a creepy bastard.
