Family DNA
.
I just had some of my family blood lines and records deleted from Ancestry.com
There was possible WW2 US serviceman connections, plus possible monarchy/elite connections via Coombe/Combe. Brown. Victoria. mid state. circa early 20th
Beware, satan is there, hate, and despisement of Jesus.
It has already happened, and they are long gone. Why try to change history?

Sound very odd.
But I just read this and this makes sense.

So if someone submits some linkage that is not valid I guess someone can complain. Also that someone may have something to protect. With Ancestry.Com or any website, you must distinguish between the records they have and their subscriber submitted family trees which should be verified with records/documents before accepted as fact. This is true if you see the absolute same information on the same people from a ton of subscribers as too many dingies copy without verifying. Ancestry.Com along with a free site, FamilySearch.org, each probably have more records online than all the other websites put together. Family Trees on them are not records. If you find family in any of their subscriber submitted family trees and you see information you know is wrong, Ancestry.Com will not get involved. I guess if they did they would have to set up another department to handle disputes. Even if you provide them with documentation that what a person has is wrong they don't get involved.

Thanks SN
I had thought that.
But mum is rejected by [identity, adoptee], without real explanation. Amazing that they might know, as I have been on only about 1 week. Perhaps they got pinged.
We aren't crooks. There is nothing to hide except blood lines.
Suspicious to me

So I called them.
They said they found a glitch, and fixed it.
I think the government is trying to patch the net lately after the Census hack.
It could also have something to do with the fact that Obama has handed over control of the net to the CCP in the past week or so.

Re: Family DNA
Way back in about 1996,when I first got the Internet, I used familysearch.org to check on what was available. My Mother had started the Genealogy by researching in the Library and so forth so when she died, as the eldest daughter, I took over the Family Research thing.
However, back in those days familysearch.org (now Ancestry.com) just gave details of some microfiche stuff ... you needed to research a LOT further. My ancestors were Scottish so I signed up to the Scottish Peoples site (Government).... then searched on there and paid $30 a certificate .... initially these BDM certificates were sent via snail mail! Crisp and original.
I would never, ever submit my family research to Ancestry.com ... people on there "see" a link and then add it to their database. MY Family History folders are backed up with paid for Certificates .... tracing your family history is NOT cheap. I have NOTHING saved to a disk. All paper ....
