Let the fags marry.

Let churches have the right to discriminate and chose not to marry them, they have a choice to go somewhere else.

Don't teach or encourage homosexuality as natural in our schools but a difference that can be tolerated by our society.

But that is not the way it pans out. Just look to the USA to see how many churches and people are being sued into bankruptcy for choosing not to marry them or bake wedding cakes etc.

They aren't making the choice to go elsewhere, they are making the choice to sue for discrimination.

Exactly. They are demanding to be more equal than everyone else and force their beliefs on everyone. They should be happy with the progress where it is not tolerated to go down the Cross or St Kilda poofter bashing, have legal recognition of their relationships... but no, they want to force the world to accept them when not all do.

I cannot become jewish and it takes generations for my blood to be watered down before my children would be considered jews.

It is just B.S. They go too far. You can shag who you want where you want.... be happy with that.

Perhaps we should digress and make homosexuality AGAINST THE LAW again.

Has anyone here worked with a c...s...er? Males who FLOUNCE are not respected, females who come the TUFFY do not either. I have worked with both types.

The pro gay marriage crew are against the plebiscite because it looks like failing
In one way I'd be tempted to support the gay marriage agenda just to hasten the issue full circle back to criminality, for ramming their queer dictates up our arse.
Don't be surprised that once the queidos achieve their goal of enforcing queer culture onto school kids, it is soon recognised as peodophilic grooming and homosexuality outlawed again.
Failing that poofs can be burnt at the steak come the fascist revolution.

In times past, if you had a queer kid, you gave them to the church to #1 protect the family name from public scorn, #2 protect the queer individual themselves and, #3 gain favour with the most influential institution in the land.
Religion is increasingly getting a dirty name, so that option is much reduced.
Plebiscite on Homosexual Marriage
No
Plebiscite on Aboriginals. .
Yes to 'Prior inhabitants'
No to 'First Peoples/Australians'
Plebiscite on Euthanasia.
Yes .. and the govt should provide the bullet, smack, 10 amp electricity, or diving platforms at cliffs.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

No one said they can't "marry" as it were... just they need to call it something else... NOT MARRIAGE, the 2 are not equal in my eyes, so there needs to be differentiation, just as they now state that sexuality is fluid and you choose to be male or female, they will continue this onto marriage in order to break down social norms and confuse little children even more.

I guess my main concern is that we are going to spend $160 million on a plebiscite that is non binding anyway. What if the people say Yes, and elements of the Coalition/Labor/etc say NO - or vice versa.

Let it be held in Parliament where the decision is binding either way. $160 million would buy a lot of healthcare, pensions and roads and rail

Most "gays" just do what they want to do. Mixing Christian Marriage with Homosexual "partners" as a Marriage LAW is ridiculous.

Young people do NOT get "married" and haven't done so for years .... why? Because they are covered in the exact same way as those who actually "marry" .....

Gays are looking for something else .......... they can already wear rings and leave their property to their partner.

Do they want to be able call their (male) partner a HUSBAND or a female partner a WIFE? They already do this.

NOPE ... I smell a dead rat.

They are looking ...... for.....

I don't know really but it feels like they want their actions to be sanctioned as normal. It is not normal but is now common.

In a diverse pool with billions of people there will always be people (lots of them) who whether it be by nature or nurture are different in how they are wired. Some may say deviant. Just because we now value the rights of the individual over a collective moral compass doesn't mean they should be recognized as normal and have the exact same access to institutions that are based on some collective morality (e.g. religion).

I think they are looking to society to see them as morally normal in their chosen behaviours. I say... that is bullshit, screw each other and stop trying to spread your propaganda. I sometime think they are trying to widen the net to capture more people into their lifestyle.
