Conroy had a hissy fit to gain media attention, and it backfired, because he's been shown as per usual to be talking crap.

The former suggestion.

Yes, a double dissolution one at that.

In hell being tortured by the 250K slaughtered East Timorese he sold out to Suharto.

Cosgrove did not see Plibersek offer her hand, and as procedure dictated that he only needed to shake the hand of the Senate president, prime minister and leader of the opposition, he did not stop to address her. He did, however, shake the hand of the deputy PM, Barnaby Joyce, which could have led Plibersek to believe he would also greet her.
I wouldn't shake the femi-nazis hand either. If a bloke gave her a real hand shake she'd howl "He bullied me" and if he gave her a kiss he could contract a pathogenic disease and/or be accused of sexual harrasssment.
The action prompted those on the Labor benches to yell out “know your place”, ..
That's the way ... tell her to put her apron on and make your dinner.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

Barnaby Joyce is the LEADER of the Nats... Plibersek is leader of nothing.

Sometimes these little men are capable of becoming great when they're' in positions of power. All the PM's over the past 8 years have been disappointing so it's a possibility Shorten just might have what it takes if he gets lucky at the next election.
If Shorten gets elected everyone should quit their job and go on the dole.

I think Carers Pensions are easier to get.
All you've got to do it get some schizo to sign the paper work and Bingo, they both get a pension.

It is far to easy to get a Carers Pension and many of the people supposedly being 'cared for' are abused, stolen from and forgotten.

Nope... nothing is easy to get these days.
Even if you want the carer's allowance it isn't easy.
So many things you would normally do in a day is not counted.
Shopping... nope.
taking them shopping... nope.
Making them meals... nope.
Oh but mashing and juicing is counted... :rofl :rofl :rofl
Then there's... Nope
And... Nope
And... Nope

Whatever idiot can up with that form should be sacked, never to be hired again.

I know absolutely NOTHING about getting the DSP or the Carer's Allowance. However, I know of one young couple with 3 sons, who live in Brisbane, who have both these Pensions. They are Rellies of a friend.

She (now 40) got the DSP about 5 years ago, mainly because she is "not well" (heart problems) caused by being MORBIDLY OBESE. Last I heard she weighed about 130 Kg (20 stone). This female is only about 5'2" (157 cm). She is absolutely HUGE.

Next I hear that her husband (now about 42) has the Carer's Allowance. Their sons are aged about 16, 14 and 8.

Oh, one "good" thing is that this couple sold their huge 4 bedroom, in-ground pool and etcetera place because they had to "reduce the Mortgage payments", so they "downsized" to another 4 bedroom, in-ground pool place in a different area and are still paying a (much smaller) Mortgage on their "joint" Pensions. So they are not in Government accommodation! I figure they would be getting at least $1,000 per week (no tax) on these Pensions. Isn't that more than the so-called "average wage"?

I thought "the Government" was cracking down on people "under 35" who were on the DSP? This lot of Bogans just miss out and will live on the Aussie Taxpayer for the rest of their miserable lives.

What a way to show your children what being self reliant is and how to EARN A LIVING and not to rely on The Government for your subsistence .......

What's the terminology? ............. "Living LARGE" .... on The Government.
