We do NOT want them here. PNG can send them back to their "homeland", or offer them jobs on PNG, since they don't want them in "detention"..

I have absolutely nothing against migrants who go through the normal channels to become Aussies. This lot who paid lots of money for a berth on a leaky boat, and who expect to arrive here and get a FREE house, car, TV and a "pension" for life, can go jump.

They're talking about sending them to Norfolk Island because their economy is in such bad shape. The money invested in the refugees is better spent there where we at least have some jurisdiction.

It's about time the UN Convention was revised. At the time it was written - the number of refugees would have been nowhere the avalanche of fleeing people it is today.
