Well, after 2-3 hours locked out I could log in again just now, but still with hotspotshield only.

Tennis is a sleep inducing spectator sport. And has gotten even more so lately, the players are practically robots!

Sleep inducing or not, anyone who has been following the US Open at all will see that Federer will v Deloptro in tonights final.

Delpotro made quick work of Nadal ,straight sets of 6-2 6-2 6-2. Nadal has been battling knee and abdominal injury but even so Delpotro is a very tough opponent with an awe inspiring serve.

I dont think Fed can get past him, but if anyone can , its him..

Nadal does Verdasco a favour

Rafael Nadal ended the Paris Masters run of defending champion Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the quarter-finals to help fellow Spaniard Fernando Verdasco book his spot at the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals.

Tsonga needed to retain his title to deny Verdasco a place at the prestigious eight-man tournament in London later this month, but found Nadal far too consistent and fell to a 7-5 7-5 defeat.

After struggling for most of 2009 with double knee injury and then a nasty abdominal strain at the US Open, Rafeal Nadal may just be finding some form again..


His gruelling playing style looked like threatening to end his career early .He lost his Wimbeldon Crown to Federer ( handed to him due to Nadal not being able to defend) and then not winning anything in between since the beginning of his injury woes,it looked like he may have already peaked and his injury would continue to plague him and threaten the rest of his career. He has had to change his playing style ( to protect knees)and continue to nurse serious knee injury for months and its been reflected in his sub standard results..but even playing half wounded , he has slowly climbed back up after slipping to number 3 from 1..he sits currently at number 2 and looks likely to regain his number 1 ranking within 6 months..

With 6 slams under his belt before the age of 23, he is already a tennis great.
