The problem now is that Turnbull being the King of the Progs in the party, the rest of them will be pushing him to change policy and create a new Progressive Liberal Government. Labor have already purge their party of Conservatives.

A snap Morgan poll taken this afternoon on who Australian voters regard as the better PM has found Mr Turnbull is preferred by 70 per cent of voters compared to 24 per cent for Bill Shorten.

Turnbull says the Coalition Government will be a truly liberal government... Of course he means liberal in the US terminology... "Fasten your seatbelts, it's going to be a bumpy night."

Pyne is a clown and very immature. He's probably been put in Defense because he doesn't have to sell spending to a critical public. There hasn't been a decent defense minister for decades and we'll probably end up with more dud machinery.

I like the name Eleanor - and Claire also. They're strong feminine names. When I named my daughter - I hadn't heard the name for years - then suddenly it became popular. Names die out though and resurrect themselves decades later. Flower names are becoming popular now.
