Yes, they do. One of the consequences is that the concept of the survival of the fittest to survive (Darwin - he didn't say survival of the fittest, as in strongest) is carried on. it means that those best adapted to the conditions are the ones whose progeny survive, not just the musclebound.

So they are very important.

Yea, Hebe is right, the plebs need something to look forward too, us alpha males cant have all the fun.

Besides, what would all the ugly girls have to look forward to if it was just the alpha males sowing their seeds.

If god had wanted me to be an Alpha male at school he would never have taught me chess.

Now all the Alpha males I grew up with are suffering because they did not listen in school or pursue any of those nerdy jobs that pay shitloads of cash now.
