Didn't a couple of people accidentally get shot at a gun appreciation rally not long ago

I guess they didn't appreciate just how dangerous guns are


(just to give a little perspective, I'm pro guns, I'm a member of my local gun club and try to shoot handguns on weekends .......... it's stupidity I can't tolerate )

Well yeah. I have no problem with Australians having guns. They just need to be handled responsibly. You need to show that they are being stored and handled appropriately, and that you arn't likely to mis-use them. Luckily for us, the Liberals were in power, and Labor was willing to be bi-partisan about it, after Port Arthur. I doubt it would happen in today's political climate
