I'm not advocating anything and I have not as yet decided whether or not I think they should let her in, I'm just trying to understand your reasons. So far 'it should not be our problem' is not a good enough reason. Lots of things should and shouldn't happen in life, we don't always get to choose.

I agree that the kids belong with their mother, who I understand is also an Aussie citizen. Neither the mother nor the kids have broken any laws have they?
