The matter was not listed on the cabinet agenda. There was no cabinet submission. There was no written proposal of any kind in front of the ministers.

Surely it time that these decisions were taken out of the hands of the judiciary considering how removed from normal society they are, they managed to release Monis on bail and another violent goat fucker just recently.

The decision to strip citizenship from those that deserve it is far to important to be left up to the judiciary as the judiciary level of evidence is impossible to meet. In cases like this, when a line is crossed, then the accused must be guilty until the can prove themselves innocent.
