GW denialism was founded by vested interests of the energy industry, and despite investing squillion$ to discredit the science with psuedo-scientific moonbat theories they lost the debate years ago, so now GW denialism is exclusively a Doomsday spuedo-Christian cultist theorum.
Y'know the so called Christians who say "God wants you to be rich" and actively try to invoke an Apocolypse in the perverse belief that doing so will make Jesus come back to save them.

Bullshit Mellie. ... Look, I don't mind you being a nutter because you question so called conventional wisdom. But any so called scientist who aligns themselves with either side of the political spectrum IMO is of doubtful integrity.
Science per se is, or at least should be, about facts and discovery, not which party's ticket you keep in your wallet.

As I've been saying for years now, the fight to prevent Runaway Global warming is lost.
Fact is the under sea floor and tundra frozen methane clathrates are thawing.
In 2007 both the Swedish and Russian navies found vast area of methane plumes bubbling to the surface in Arctic seas. That means we are already in a Runaway Global Warming scenario.

The best we can do is mitigate and adapt. That means moving essential infrastructure inland to higher ground. One thing most people fail to realise is as the oceans rise they will intrude on coastal aquifers. Entire cities are going to fall down as their walls and foundations crumble.

There is no pseudo science- science is based on scientific fact. One cannot fudge science or make it up on the run.

The only ones who think they can safely play with the idea that it isn't real are the ones who will be dead before they themselves have to deal with it- it should be assumed that we are seeing real climate change right now and heed the warnings- to if ignore is not a luxury we can afford- because if it is later proven, beyond anyone's ability doubt it, then it is already too late.

The arguement for and against is just plain stupid- there is no going back if the science behind this is right is there?
