Re: Australia's secret pygmy people
It's a pretty huge conspiracy, aimed (so you claim) at covering up something blindingly obvious, and with zero relevance to anyone not a psycho conspiracy theorist in the first place.
Totally not worth it.
It'd be pretty cool to find out there are/were Australian pygmies.

We have a number of historians researching their demise as we speak, some of their findings are rather interesting.
If you're interested boxy, this articles a worthwhile read. A good introduction.

Re: Australia's secret pygmy people
I was not claiming they were children, I was claiming they were malnourished. This has been well documented elsewhere, most notably in China. Furthermore, it can take several generations to respond, as the physical size of a mother's womb can have an impact on the child's size. This would provide a convenient explanation that does not require conspiracy theories - they simply had healthier children over a few generations until you couldn't tell them apart.mellie wrote:Then could the same be said for the rest of Australia's not so Indigenous ... Well...Apparently Indigenous?
The tits don't lie Freediver... they look pretty well full grown to me.

So the Indigenous people (including the pygmies) were malnourished?freediver wrote: I was not claiming they were children, I was claiming they were malnourished. I think I would feel a bit malnourished if I was a child or an adult wandering around the Australian "outback" in the nuddy, with only bardy grubs, eucalyptus leaves, and the odd kangaroo or snake for "protein".

I think what freediver is alluding to, is that these pygmies may not be pygmies, but chronically malnourished examples of the surrounding native population (causing them to be stunted in growth)
