Not long to wait now, she was due 5 days ago, so will probably be induced within the next couple of days.

Anyone want to place bets as to the sex and date of birth?

I think a little princess will be born on Friday.

My prediction?

DOB : Friday 1 May 2015

Sex : Girl

Name : probably about 6 (with Elizabeth, Victoria and/or Diana in there somewhere)

Same Lisa... I think it'll be born on Friday too, (will be induced) and why I think Friday is because of that 18th century poem "Monday's Child".

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

If they have the luxury of choice, which it seems they probably do, (can decide the child's induction date) then i'm thinking they will choose Friday.

And Nef, I don't think it would be appropriate to call the child Diana either.

Elizabeth or Mary perhaps...hmmm...

Or even something a little different and elegant.......ie, Amelia, or Charlotte, Sophia is nice too.

Some speculate this could indicate the Duchess's imminent arrival, and that she may have gone into labour.

I am sure that the Royal Baby will arrive when it is ready, like all babies do. It will probably be another boy. Apparently boy names include:

Arthur
James
Phillip
Henry
Alexander
Albert

If a girl:

Alice
Charlotte
Elizabeth
Victoria

Don't they give Royal babies 3 names?

In any event, we won't find out immediately what the names will be .... they get announced later ... then the Christening, etc.

No Nef, if the Duchess is to be induced, then the baby will come when they decide the date of their child's induction.
