Go on her.

You cannot help how you are. Acceptance of her situation is the best thing for her.

Now... all you women out there secretly plucking and shaving your face.... upper lip ...etc can stop ........ well maybe not.

Once I met an American woman in Japan who had this same hairy affliction but not to the degree this Sikh woman does. Later I met her again in a local bar but this time she was hooked up with a Japanese man and they were all over each other. Makes me shudder to think of being with a hairy woman but that is just me ...

She is brave, but not too many women could accept themselves looking like that and would be doing everything within their power to get rid of that beard. I knew a woman who would have had a full beard if she didn't shave. I could never get over the surprise every time I looked at her, even though she shaved very closely. I had met her in the maternity ward when I had my last child and she was pregnant - so I knew she wasn't a male, although she could have passed for one. She was a lovely person though - married to a computer nerd who never looked up from his computer - so perhaps he didn't notice or maybe he didn't care.
