I never make them either but I have promised myself to lose a few kilo and exercise every day which I have been doing now for a few weeks just to get into the mode.

It depends how many KILOS you are. I am about 48 K on my scales in the morning, at the GP (fully clothed in the afternoon, after food and with shoes) I was 50K. I am 5'5" and he was pleased .... I did not put on weight after I gave up smoking ..... most people do.

Ask AIA, he has a good idea about eating habits that I have done for years and never knew there was a name for it.

I haven't eaten breakfast since I was 14, cereal doesn't excite me. As an adult I still haven't eaten breakfast .... I eat when I feel hungry ... around 10.30 am, then again at about 5.30-7.00 pm.

I think this is what AiA was talking about on OzPol.

Yes funny that Nef, I never ate breakfast for years and when I gave up smoking I started to. I'm 5'11 and I spent from the age of fifteen to about four years ago at 76 kg. now I'm 83. The only thing that really changed in that four years is giving up smoking and eating breakfast though I reckon I snack at night now and I never used to.

I have never been a breakfast eater. I can't usually eat for a couple of hours after rising. Then I just eat when I am hungry throughout the day. I don't go by the clock.

I have a feeling that the tattoo is a symptom, rather than the problem :|
