Because no other current party has a chance of winning other than one of the 2 major parties.
As for Abbott he's been winning accolades from most non biased media commentators as has Bishop...
Labor will win as this lot are considered just as bad as Gillard and Rudd. They were judged so is Abbott, no point pulling the I don't vote for the PM shit these days people do exactly that and Abbott has a lower approval rating than Bill Shorten both are losers but Abbott has not delivered and will be punished. This will go on until we get a fair dinkum leader from either party.
As for the commentators being biased, the biggest Lib fan boy in the country wrote this today, very telling look at the headline.
the Abbott government must now change or die

You've blown your load way too early skip. There's plenty of time and the memory of the last bunch of fuckwits hasn't faded yet so the coalition would get up if an election was held today and will definitely prevail in 2 years.

You may as well smack it on the head with a cold spoon and put it back in your pants.

BTW you keep referring to Abbott... do you think Abbott is the government?
Abbott has 2 more years to deliver. Or he can show some courage call a DD and leave it up to the people to judge. Given the opportunity and the right decisions, I doubt they will lose to Labor.

They might have implemented a few promised policies at a huge cost, but they're also doing what they promised they wouldn't do and that's imposing further hardship on those who can least afford it and pushing for a whole raft of new taxes. Prior to Abbott's win, he promised he wouldn't do this. They have not simplified the legislation - they have stripped it down to third world basics. No consideration is given to the fact that we're supposed to be an egalitarian and civilised nation. The path this government is taking is one where only the fittest and wealthiest can survive.

And what was that huge cost mantra?
Please actually give examples factual examples of your claims for a change.
Please show how and why we are not egalitarian or civilised.
Or you could stop making spurious claims.

I don't need to think anything, the overwhelming g majority of voters look at the leader, they did it with Labor and are doing it now. Pretending voters elect a party and not a leader is delusional. The right wing press hammered Gillard and now Abbott is coping the same. But hey you don't need to take my word for all this the biggest Lib fan boy in the country says the Abbott government must change now or die it's not a lefty conspiracy that Abbott is very unpopular along with the government he leads. As for your assertion the Abbott gov will win against Labor you obviously didn't learn anything from the last election when Labor were up against a clutz like Abbott. Abbott has now proven he is a loser as PM and only the apologists are holding on. Even Bolt knows Abbott is about to die, just read his article.

Really.... the vast majority of people I have as friends and associates etc do not think;
1/ they are voting for the leader, because they understand he/she is appointed by the party and if not their local member they get no vote on them.
2/ that the leader is anything more than the head spokesperson for the government
and
3/ that the government not the leader is responsible for policy.
As for your claims re the RW press... you mean the same press that is outnumbered by at least 10 to one in our MSM.... the almost totally biased press? that press?

You do realise that Bolt and Jones (alan) have huge egos and their opinions are just that... theirs. When they talk they do so being recognised for where they are coming from... unlike the majority of the prog left media.
BTW skip it would be nice if you did think something.

They are my opinions, it seems I agree with the 55% TPP of news poll this week that Abbott is not worth Re electing. After trailing for fourteen polls in row no government has gone on to win an election. You're entitled to prove me wrong, good luck.

Can somebody else click on that link and post it up please. I'm just using an iPad and it's a pain in the ass trying to copy a whole page it keeps just wanting to copy paragraphs. I've noticed it is hard to copy to News lmd articles the last few months I was surprised this one actually does provide the whole text and not just a head line paragraph.
