G20 summit leaders have started to arrive Middle East leaders about to touch down.

Perhaps Abbott will decide to play the same little game with Russia. All the global leaders are a pack of liars.

RUSSIA has for the first time explained the presence of a fleet of warships off north-eastern Australia, saying that the ships are testing their range capability, in case they have to do climate change research in the Antarctic.

The Russian embassy also said the fleet could, if necessary, provide security for Russian President Vladimir Putin, who arrives in Brisbane for the G20 tonight.

Gillard did lie, but not on the scale we've seen so far with Abbott. He's a loose cannon. I was prepared to give him a chance, but his aggression is a serious worry for this country. His austerity budget is nothing compared to his wild card performance on the world stage. Can it get any worse?

Why would that make a difference and if these ships are so decrepit, why would our navy be keeping a careful eye on them. There is obviously an underlying threat. We shouldn't have imposed sanctions on Russia. It's hurt us as well as the Russians.
