Thanks.
Interesting to hear somebody, minus the American accent, pontificating on this subject.
I have watched many, many programs about the Pyramids. Mostly they believe that "some outer intelligence" (perhaps God?) instructed them how to build these things .... blah blah blah
Or it was Aliens who magically did this (plus the Mayan structures) and various other things that today's Engineers cannot explain and haven't a clue about.
Intelligence is NOT taught at University ........

This is what the vast majority of us have been taught at school Nef.
Not the Chariots of the Gods type stuff.
I did like Stargate though.

So why do our current (and past) University educated Engineers in America, mainly, think that God had something to do with the building of the Pyramids?
I doubt Aussie University educated Engineers would carry on about it and just continue on with whatever project they were working on.
My late husband was an Engineer and an Athiest. He read SciFi but that was an escape mechanism ... and he never ever thought "god" had anything to do with anything.

The Greeks and romans where so impressed with Egyptian building technology they copied it and improved on it. The invention of the arch was a major improvement.
I have been to Karnack and seen Abu Symbol.... did a trip up d' Nile. Impressive.
Have seen King Tut's tomb.
Of all the places I have been... it is truly wonderful.
haven't seen the pyramid yet. From what I here it's just a day out and you cannot go in anymore.
The Greeks continued Egyptian principles of construction, such as building with stone, though their architecture was more highly adorned than the Egyptians'. A large number of ancient Greek buildings are still standing today, the most famous being the the Parthenon and Acropolis complex in Athens. Prior to the seventh century B.C., buildings were constructed of wood with mud brick walls

The pyramids were built with good design, planning and a workforce organisation and logistics never seen before. They were willing workers apparently rather than slaves.
PS; Could not viee that video... will look another time.

I don't think they really do.

I have to agree. I have a few Engineers in the family and none of them think 'God' had anything to do with it.

It would be an infinitely higher probability that an Alien was involved in my opinion.
