business confidence has been severely eroded

Companies earning record profits in the midst of an "international economic tsunami"
Cry me a river.

But talk it down Libs, be too afraid to pass relatively minor legislation such as fuelwatch and keep offering nothing. It suits.

What policy has the opposition proposed to stop them?

You can thank the Libs for that
Why? I think it should have been put in to Super or infrastructure but it is an example which shows the economy is sound.

Still under the previous govts IR policies
OK so the economist forecasts for job losses are because of previous government policy.
On the back of a resources boom skillfully controlled by the Libs
Libs dig better holes?
Source?
Year to June, CPI increase 4.5%, wage increase 4.2% according to official figures.

No union bosses shutting down little old grannies businesses like the hysterical Lib adverts warned they would.

something more substantial
Checked the Liberals policy announcement page lately? I'll list all their policies below.

Lets face it. The mighty act of taking a cardboard figure into parliament to protest against more sitting days is long gone. They cant live off that achievment forever.

Great refutation of IQs generic populist dribble Oliver Nickezoff..and very entertaining too. Logic is a great destroyer of a poorly constructed argument..

Love the Libs policy page..

The man had lost his ticker..his time was up and it had nothing to do with 11 yrs in office..it came down to the fact he lost his nerve in the end- when it counted most. He was ageing and with the advancing years came diminished confidence in his own abilities to make the right decisions.

Jeanette and the kids had possibly been running the country for a good few years it seems. :?:

It's always funny to watch IQ talk politics. He sounds like a 'mini me' version of DT. Everything good that happens is because of the Liberals. Everything bad that happens is because of Labor. "Sound economics, not populaist claptrap", but IQ wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Once you take the Labor/Liberal angle out of an economic issue, he is left floundering.

Yet you don't refute the points raised and resort to an Ad Hom attack- did you fail your logical fallacy 101 course along with your 2 day economics for dummies?

Did you actually write this and forget it or did you just copy and paste it from somewhere?
