6+11 = 17 total votes
roundup(17/2) = 9

How is it possible for you to calculate it. You do not know which votes were counted by freediver. He needs to list those votes, and then we can all observe this transparency you urge.

Aren't you the elected Exalted Leader, and don't you have a Constitutional obligation to be bothered make this matter very clear? Whose votes did freediver count? I can't see that anywhere.
