Monk doesn't understand anything that doesn't come from an ALP email address.

Good old IQ, thick as a brick, try to debate a point or two with him and after a couple of posts he has exhausted his knowledge and starts slinging the abuse.

I did have wifi broadcast over the air. Bit better than the ADSL I had at that location but nothing that brilliant. As more and more people signed up performance degraded and I went back to ADSL. When I had 3G it was OK to start but slowed down as more people signed up. Then 4G came along and everybody moved to that. Suddenly 3G was 20:3 again! Great, except when there were a few clouds in the sky.

So you see—contention would be a problem, spectrum limitations would make reducing contention by putting up more towers difficult and weather buggers up transmission of data. The wifi had a big aerial on the roof so weather did not make as much difference as it did with the 3G.

I have lived various types of broadband and I have read up a fair bit about it: ZD Net, ITNews, Whirlpool and like that.

Dribble dribble dribble, you had fuckall except the cheapest fucking package you could get from a 3rd rate provider and complained that its the tech.

You know nothing Monk. You are a complete fucking techno numpty.

Your lies don't work here, and they are all lies. Completely 100% wrong.
You have no idea what you are talking about because you are an idiot.

One day you will make a coherent post that makes a point and supports it with evidence and with a complete absence of abuse.

One day.

Maybe.

One day you will wake up and not repeat your daily ALP email "talking points for social media for all our idiot drones"

Of course not, you wouldn't have anything to dribble about. You couldn't think for yourself without having some other socialist fuckwit spell it out for you...even then you do a shit job or it. I reckon even the ALP are embarrassed about getting your "help" :rofl

If you have a tower that is broadcasting data than regardless of the format you are going to have problems of latency, congestion, lack of spectrum, atmospheric conditions and the like. That is how it is.

Actually I know this field very well and that's not how it is at all.
