The pups don't look any different from the last pic.
Admittedly this phone pic isn't the best shot ...
but for artsy fartsy reasons I think this is a nice image.

If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

So much for your "nasty" pig dogs. Does the piglet have a name yet? Sooooooooooo cute!

Pig dogs aren't necessarily nasty. Usually it's what the owner that makes them that way.Neferti~ wrote:

The pig was supposed to be called 'Turbo' but I just call it 'Pig'.
And if it doesn't let me give it a Malaban wash, so it doesn't keep re-infecting my dogs with flees, it's going to be a pork dinner real soon.

I did not mean nasty, and I did put the word in inverted commas! Dogs usually reflect what their Master/Mistress makes them, as you say. Pig sounds like a good name for him, and the dogs seem to like having a small playmate. If he doesn't cooperate maybe rename him Pork Chops?Outlaw Yogi wrote:Pig dogs aren't necessarily nasty. Thinking of calling him 'Holster'. His back legs look about the right size and shape.Neferti~ wrote: Pig sounds like a good name for him, and the dogs seem to like having a small playmate. If he doesn't cooperate maybe rename him Pork Chops?
Dingos/feral dogs are always around, Fred got stuck into a lone black and tan feral (bigger than him) about a month ago, but just recently the howling has been from what sounds like 2 large packs, or 1 large divided pack. A neighbor spotted them and reckons there was about 20 in 1 pack.
So a couple of neighbors, one a Vietnam vet and the other a deserter from North Vietnamese army, plus a mate who's a former SAS sniper went on a dingo hunt. I couldn't go because I had pups to get rid of. They saw no dogs, but the sniper got 1 red pig, and they found 3 old gold mines. The area's littered with them.
On Saturday I took the pups to Gin Gin markets and gave them away.
This one (F) went to a 10-12 year old boy .. This one (F) went to a middle aged woman who lives in the bush ..
And this one (M) went to a pig hunter ..

He will have to be fodder, eventually. Don't get too attached.Outlaw Yogi wrote:

Apparently there are packs of feral dogs up in the Brindabellas (ACT) ... lots of National parks around and I know people who go hunting for deer (rabbits, beer cans, etc) with a bow and arrow.Dingos/feral dogs are always around, Fred got stuck into a lone black and tan feral (bigger than him) about a month ago, but just recently the howling has been from what sounds like 2 large packs, or 1 large divided pack. Cute puppies. Hope that the new owners will love them. Will you get feedback? On Saturday I took the pups to Gin Gin markets and gave them away.

Made a blood sacrifice to doG and killed him yesterday.Neferti~ wrote:He will have to be fodder, eventually. Don't get too attached.Outlaw Yogi wrote:

Not likely.Neferti~ wrote:Cute puppies. Hope that the new owners will love them. Will you get feedback?
Although it seems the young boy is part of a family of scammers .
1st asked if he could "ask his Dad" .. I asked "Which stall?" .. he pointed and said "The blue trailer"
I looked and saw a sea of blue tarps. Figured, it's close, so not much chance for a runner.
Goes off with biggest pup, the returns saying "Dad said it's OK if Mum says it's OK"
Hand pup back, goes off to ring Mum. Returns smiling and said "Mum said it's OK"
I asked "Can I check with your father?" .. He answers "Dad's not here"
I questioned "What?!" .. He continues "That's my Grandad"
I asked old bloke "Is it alright for this young bloke to have this dog?"
Old bloke replies "Yes, we've rung his parents and they've OKed it"
Was a bit sus because at one stage the boy asked if I'd sell the mother (Gemma)
and a curly red haired woman with this crew also had a new pup - looked Bull Arab ..
about half the size of pup I'd given to the boy.
About 10 minutes later I found the pup wandering around the car park, so took it back to my ute.
Boy comes out with excuse "We can't have dogs in there" (markets) [No dogs signs are posted]
Red haired woman put other pup in gold Falcon in car park and boy asks if I can hold pup til they've
packed up their market stall. Took about another half hour.
That stall was selling animals. Mostly birds. I intended going back on saturday to see if they had pup
(or other pups) for sale, but had to do my front wheel bearings on ute.
Neighbors having trouble getting rid of Pitbull pups, went there on Saturday, so I rang and asked
them to check that stall. One said "They've already come out and checked our pups" adding to my suspicion.
I suspect they're getting freebies from Gin Gin markets Saturday and selling them at Shalom markets (Bundy) Sunday.
But I've blown too much money on car parts and vet bills to go hunting dodgey dog sellers, so let it go and hope
whoever has or takes the pup actually wants her and treats her well.

Ah well, it was bound to happen. No doubt he will/did taste great! I am an animal lover but I would never give any edible animal a name for obvious reasons.Outlaw Yogi wrote: Made a blood sacrifice to doG and killed him yesterday.
Don't worry about it, Yogi. They sound like "Gypsies" ... sending their son to pick a freebie puppy then (maybe) selling it. IF that happened and someone actually paid for an unimmunised puppy, let's hope they do the right thing. Not likely.
