3 seems like a small litter for a dog. Maybe it their size so the litter has to be smaller or it is the breed.

Were there any that did not survive the first day and the little was actually larger?

Fred and Gemma only got to mate once. I suspect that's why the litter is small.
And also suspect the small litter number allowed for the pups to be bigger.
All guess work though.

EDIT ADDITION - No, there were no still borns. Just 3 fat puppies.

so I'm going to pay for the shots and try to get $200 each for them.

Looks like I'll probably have to ditch the price tag and go back to Plan A - give away unvaccinated.
As time goes by, the pups are showing signs of Cattle dog, and pig doggers who favour Bull Arabs, in their ignorance tend not to go for Cattle dogs,
despite some going spotty (like Dalmatian) because Cattle dog is part of the make up of the Bull Arab breed. Cattle dogs got the spots from Dalmatian.

They say a Leopard can never change its spots. But I know a mongrel dog can change its colour and/or markings.

Currently, the 2 pups (bitches) on the right, both born white with brindle markings, and now morphing to mostly or all brindle.
The pup (dog) on the left was white with dark brindle and black markings, and now is developing black Cattle dog type mottling
through the white fur.

No, not at alll .. they deffinately took on more of Gemma's genes than Fred's, but as time goes by they're showing signs of Cattle dog.
