I think the difference is our "western" justice enjoys a lengthy and civilized judicial process and is delivered in an adult correctional facility accordingly.

Of course, we could always rape or stone Rolf to death on a packed bus in New Delhi, or take him to an abandoned hut and have him raped by 38 men, if this would suit boxy?

It's likely the lecherous perverted old entertainer will die physically unscathed in a protected part of the newly upgraded prison, unfortunately.

So far all Rolf has been accused of is inappropriate touching and having an affair with a much younger woman, which was largely consensual.

Now I really don't think he deserves a death sentence for any of that.

It seems he wasn't a rapist, homosexual or a hard core pedophile. Just that he had wandering hands and a predilection for young beautiful women.

Personally I don't see what drives pedos or understand why older men feel it is ok to have inappropriate physical contact with children or much younger women or anyone really.

Some of you seem to have forgotten about the 4 charges re- producing indecent images of children, charges they deliberately withheld from the jury until he was sentenced.

Whilst it's true, the worst of what Rolf did will probably never be revealed, he has the rest of his short life to contemplate the misery he's caused others.
If not to his victims, to family and fans who believed in him and stood by him throughout the whole trial, only to walk out of this with egg on their faces too.

This histrionic showman really thought he, the almighty Knight Rolf would get off Scott free, and would not have to contemplate a prison sentence.

When the grim reality of his predicament hit's him, he'll sink into a deep depression and rot away in his cell.

I'll give him 12 - 18 months.

Apparently, Rolf is on suicide watch but I presume that is normal for someone who is awaiting sentencing. I reckon he'll get 2 years but have a minimum (say, 6 months) locked up.

Regardless of how much time Rolf serves in prison.... I doubt the already "fragile" personality who prior to this ordeal already had a history of major depression, will cope terribly well with his once adoring fans, friends and family turning their backs on him.
The only ones who will pretend to be his friend will be gold diggers, and I think he would probably know this himself.

I mean, who wants to be associated with a perverted kids entertainer who made a career out of abusing those he entertained?

Inside or out, he's going to be loathed and scrutinized, this opposed to adored and celebrated the way he once was.

The only reason his greedy middle-aged drop-kick daughter stood by him was because she's still receiving a monthly allowance from dear old daddy, (apparently her husbands teaching salary just isn't enough)...so wants the bulk of the inheritance for herself, not to go to Rolfs victims of abuse.

Grubs protecting perpetrators are just as bad as the perps themselves in my opinion, especially when motivated by greed.

His daughter Bindi was caught "fibbing" on the stand for dear old daddy ...despite her knowing full well her father had related inappropriately with her under aged best friend.
Bindi learned of the abuse turn "affair" years ago and was believed to have become suicidal herself upon learning about it and reading her fathers letters of apology to the girls father.


Truth be known, Bindi resents the girl for stealing her fathers affections, i'll bet he was most attentive (towards the girl) whilst she was on holidays with the Harris family, whereby Bindi felt somewhat invisible.

She blames the girlfriend for stealing her fathers affections, so naturally, doesn't like the prospect of the girl receiving some sort of compensation.

As for Rolfs wife... some think she's a bit too mentally queer and physically ill to know whats really happening here.
Perhaps she always has been, or worse... could she have been an accomplice, be equally perverted as her husband Rolf?
She doesn't appear shocked by the court findings... and didn't appear too devastated to learn her husband had been producing child porn in recent years under her very nose.
I have a gut feeling she knew more about her husbands perversions than she's lead the court and public to believe.
