I totally understood the move to 8.1's interface after using Apples but was surprised when they put the start button back.

Is it back in the left bottom corner ?

Nope. I downloaded a program called "start button" or some such. IF you buy a new computer and a monitor that does the swipe thing, fine, but for the rest of us with a mouse and keyboard ..........

I still like XP and have that on my desktop, which I rarely get to use now. Win 8.1 came on the notebook and I find it easy to use.
