Mr Abbott would never laugh at himself. He's a too tall a glass of water to do that. You all know about those empty vessels and Mr Abbott is never entirely empty. He is very serious about doing what he says and saying what he'll do like ditching the witch and axing the tax, and being an adult in charge.
