If Corby had influential connections - she wouldn't be rotting away where she is. Compare her to that beautiful young model a few years ago who was caught with some pills. She pretended to be a muslim to influence the Judge and was released immediately. She received a lot of support - not only from some influential Indonesians, but parents who had the cash to put into the right hands.

Yes, I agree. That was my first reaction. How on earth can we (or anyone) guarantee she will, for example, shit when her parole conditions require? I am also guessing that this 'guarantee' is being offered concerning her 'parolled' conduct in Indonesia. Makes no sense and is just silly.
