The Minister declares some clubs are criminal for engaging in unproven Extortion. This same minister must personally consent to a Court hearing any claim of Extortion.
This same Minister does not approve of Court hearing the Extortion charges made against public servants who have the minister’s ear. These people the minister protects from facing Court over their Extortion racket ran a non-government business and a privately owned business. Both were in the business of avoiding the Court while demanding money with threats.
Both businesses were brought before the QLD Civil Administration Tribunal. Both times the Respondents went to great lengths to prove that both were in fact Government Departments owned by a Minister, despite the Newman Government declaration to ASIC and their letterheads being the contrary.
Both of the Adjudicators and all Respondents elected it a criminal matter to be heard in a Court. Businesses now have engaged the bikie Minister to veto the Courts hearing the case.
After Newman Government employees appeared at QCAT Premier Newman Government made a big song and dance about how QLD Motorways, which Newman had declared to ASIC as a Non-Government Business had now became the property of a Minister.
The State Penalties Enforcement Registry Newman had declared to ASIC as being a privately owned business at Slacks Creek, changed hands to become the ownership of a Minister, and ASIC registration disappeared.
The minister having personally selected bike clubs as criminal for practising unproven extortion, uses his position to protect public servants who have gained his favour from facing a Judge to answer their recorded extortion.

Having been exposed at Administration Tribunal they face extortion charges at criminal hearing in the Magistrates Court.
