Well, finally the Fibs can claim a ministerial scalp! I guess Fitz too untidy with his accounting.

Don't think the Fibs will rejoice for long, Snowden, former Defence Personnel Parliamentary Secretary, is now Defence Minister and will keep on with the major reform of the inefficient Defence Dept.

Bit different to Howard's first ministry, think he had lost a bakers dozen ministers by now.

It was only a matter of time. He was already at war with the defence department and looking very shaky with the incident over you-know-Liu (I read that somewhere). He should become trade minister since he already has strong links to China.

Pity tho, he was conducting a thorough revamp of the Dept, something his Fib predecessors like Hill and Reith etc never attempted, at least partly because Howard was the real MoD and Howard had a penchant as Treasurer and PM and de facto MoD to make very bad decisions.

I guess the Fibs were desperate to derail the reform process which would have shown up how crap they were. Hopefully Ruddy will put Faulkner in as MoD.

The dude broke the ministerial code of conduct. I'm left too, but if you abuse the office, then you don't deserve the office. I'm not going to blame the Fibs for this. The dude did it all of his own accord.

Well, a good choice as replacement MoD has been made: John Faulkner.

Hehehehe if anyone could continue Fitz's reform of the Dept it is Faulkner. The DoD will not be happy and I hope a few Judases and non-performers will soon get the sack.

Now, who will become Special Minister of State? Chance for a PSec? Maxine? Combet? Arbib? Hopefully not the last, not impressed, a hack through and through.

Heh, the stupid Fibs couldn't go on with Fitz anymore so shifted to Rudd & that ute.

Turns out the ute was loaned not gifted and is 13 yo and valued at about $4,000 and was loaned when Rudd was just an Opposition front bencher--and only finance companies can draw down OzCar loans. Silly dicks had no more questions left to ask on economics and so went off half cocked about Rudd & the ute. Stupid chooks.

The hypocrisy tho, and I hope Albo & Garrett rub this in Allbull's thinning hair: Rainmaker, take a failed machine to Min Environment of a govt in caretaker mode and against departmental advice & caretaker govt convention gave the scammsters $12m of taxpayers money a lot of which was donated to Turdbull's election campaign.
