I thought the rule now was 1 vote and no changing your mind? Last year (or the time before) Annie changed her mind 4 times! Freediver gets pissed off since he is the guy counting.

Freediver has the stated position that votes may be changed as often as you like. You will find posts made by him to that very effect.
