Yup, and then she went a few blocks down Manhattan and renewed her British passport. The Oath of Citizenship is largely a formality in that respect. Certainly didn't keep my wife from obtaining a security clearance or anything.

Further, the UN report specifically named the delivery system used in the attack and it just so happens the Syrian military are the only people in the Syria with chemical warhead armed artillery rockets.
