Given that you can hold dual passports... how does that work with the expectation of "allegiance" then? After all, anyone who becomes a naturalized U.S. citizen is required to renounce any prior "allegiance" to other countries during the naturalization ceremony right?

Yup, and then she went a few blocks down Manhattan and renewed her British passport. The Oath of Citizenship is largely a formality in that respect. Certainly didn't keep my wife from obtaining a security clearance or anything.

UN inspectors confirm chemical weapon were used. Saran gas. They could not find out who was to blame as predicted. Now what......

Further, the UN report specifically named the delivery system used in the attack and it just so happens the Syrian military are the only people in the Syria with chemical warhead armed artillery rockets.
