I think the issue is you need the video function that meets the needs. Why would you need HD TV quality.

Someone with diabetes may need to let the doctor see if a sore on their foot (problem area for diabetics) is growing or shrinking or if a roughness of a patch of skin is a senile wart or a possible basal cell carcinoma—if one observation won’t do it two three months apart will.
