There will be no building, just austerity.
Nobody lives within their means—people take out mortgages, personal loans, credit card debt all the time. The lunatic should study some economics, failing that read the austerity thread on my board.

My knowledge of Dennis lee is somewhat limited, however I took great interest in his heat pump operation using Freon gas. My first hearing of him gave me a bit of a scare but I was relieved his methods using so many high friction low efficiency parts that that concern evaporated.
The pursuit of free energy is to find a high expansion refrigerant (CO2) and heat it in a boiler then pass the gas through a turbine not a tiny hole drilled in a metal plate, so the refrigerant passing out the other side is quite cold. The next thing is to put the cold refrigerant back into the boiler not to make the bear cold.
Commercial 82% efficient hydro turbine/generator needs a force of 1 litre per second at 9 bar pressure to produce 720 watts. CO2 will supply the heat needs for such at -10*C.
Freon has been banned in Australia it used to be used in fire systems on computer sites. i assume it's been banned elsewhere.

Though most people are sensible enough to minimise the risks when it comes to taking out huge loans, and ensure they have adequate means to repay their debts even in the event of a crisis Monk.

Look, if you structured/planned your lifestyle on Labors welfare cheques, then you are sillier than you look.
History should have told you that Labor wouldn’t be in government forever,Monk, and that sooner or later Liberal would eventually impose a reasonable degree of austerity, simply because we cannot continue sustaining a bloated bureaucracy, welfare cheats, bludgers and job snobs at the expense of the taxpayer.
Why don’t you apply for a government grant to sit at home on your computer and troll message boards, twitter and facebook all day Monk.
If you can do this, then what’s stopping you from doing some paid data entry?
Or volunteering at a local NFP organisation who could benefit from your apparent IT skills?

Because the only people complaining about Liberals yet-to-be-seen austerity, are those terrified they might be prodded back into the workforce in order to keep their welfare cheques.
Those who work, and or want to work really don’t begrudge schemes such as work for the dole and so forth.
And those incapable of working know they wont be expected to work if they genuinely aren’t able to do so.
This leaves you Monk.

You are a lunatic as well as a fuckwit.
You have no idea what austerity will do to this country, and one thing it is guaranteed to do: INCREASE the deficit!
You should know this, we have the sorry recent history of the EZ in front of us. But that requires a rational mind, something you don’t have. Laugh like a drain when you lose your dole or invalid pension!

Did John Howards austerity increase or decrease the deficit Monk?
I rest my case.

Pro-deficit opponents of austerity have done little more than embraced an overblown academic controversy that increasing austerity will result in more deficit.

There has been no austerity here unless you want to count the hawke keating interest rates...
there will be no austerity under Abbott, unless labor have caused it.

Bloated bureaucracy? The fucking lunatic is a fuckwit as well!
The PS has been slimmed down by years of 2% efficiency dividends.
No idea of economics, not a clue about the automatic stabilisers in the Budget.
Private sector still heavily in debt which is why the interest rate cuts by the RBA have had so little effect on demand, with GDP growth slowing markedly. Apply austerity in these circumstance—recession, high unemployment etc!
Net debt is very low, cost to borrow very little, now is the time to think of infrastructure: the NBN (the real Roads of the 21st Century) rail, ports, second Sydney airport etc. More spending on education, health etc—alas all this will be wound back and unemployment begins its inexorable rise.
