I think you will find Abbott plans to work on a per-capita arrangement ...but what has this got to do with your claim that NSW has been propping up the rest of the nation when we all know our mining industry has been...regardless of GST distribution.

Thank you. If you mean Bob Katter (and Clive Palmer), I agree. Outside North Queensland, nobody in their right mind would vote for Katter, and he nearly lost his seat as it was. He lost the plot years ago.
