Carbon Tax the cheapest, not so say all!
Developed in Australia and given free to the Australian people in 2007, Kevin Rudd and Penny Wong have ensured it not get into the hands of the Clerk of Parliament who would display it for all to copy.
Carbon Tax serves only two purpose to suppress the purchase of electricity and retain its Carbon content.
Denying coal burners of the money to complete conversion to no or low Carbon emission serves only to ensure Carbon emission is not reduced by the loss of Coal.

Is it really possible to develop a no carbon or low carbon coal emission? Of course it's been talked about, but nothing has ever been achieved. There is no justification for the private power companies to get the extra cash and not the government?

If this carbon tax is repealed by an Abbott government - there will be no discernible difference in our bills. The power companies have never reduced our bills for any reason?

The long road to Carbon reduction began in 2000. The free market took up the challenge and the punter invested a further $2.Billion.

The result was development of CO2 in place of Steam making electricity using a turbine. Captured Carbon is raw energy. Like water when heat is applied CO2 liquid turns to gas.

To develop enough CO2 gas pressure to drive a household electric generator a heat source above -40*C is required.

A 350 megawatt Steam turbine needs water commencing at +100*C which must be raised to +550*C.

A 350 megawatt CO2 turbine needs CO2 at +5*C which must raised to +50*C.

To replace fifty 350 megawatt Steam turbines the CO2 must be heated from +32*C to +100*C.

Co2 has a further benefit in that is a natural refrigerant and cools back to liquid without aid of cooling water.

Construction in Stainless Steel handles all pressures of the Co2 from -40*C to +100*C.

A standard 350 megawatt Steam turbine burns 240 tonne of Coal per hour. Converted to CO2 it burns 48 tonne of Coal per hour.

Labours Carbon Tax intervention eight years early (set date 2020), serves only to supress electricity and does not reduce its Carbon content. However it does assure electricity go up and electricity producers no longer have the funding to complete conversion to low Carbon technology.

Labours lie the Carbon Tax is cheapest trips over its own feet, a cost add continuum is never cheaper than a once off conversion. Labours means of reducing Carbon does not add up to the science nor does it stand against the property of the people PM Rudd it took in 2007.

Due diligence requires a testing if any two products are vying for the same results. This has not occurred.

PM Rudd and Penny Wong silence to having the Nation Gift is deathening in its silence.

PM Rudd and Penny Wong are yet to provide any reason why they have kept a gift to the people from the people by not passing it along to the Clerk of Parliament to put on display so every Australian can copy and make use of it.

Most of your post is a little difficult to understand. I know what geothermal is but haven't a clue how it relates to clean coal.

Maybe some of the scientific brains on this board can figure it out or can you can break it down more simply?

Cant see how anyone could support a carbon dioxide tax. Especially when the price is floating.
Advocates will claim its cheap (at the moment) but reality is that it will also be extremely expensive.

But why pay a tax on Co2?
Co2 is vital for plant life and subsequent humanity and survival

What would I give for somebody to speak for me. One of my sons usually comes along and translates for people, but that not happen on the computer.

Urban Geothermal is the name for under ground heat bellow +100*C.
Geothermal is the name for underground heat that is above +100*C.

The less temperature one needs to raise a liquid into a gas force so strong it will turn a turbine generator means the less Carbon that shall be released in doing so.

Using a 350 megawatt Steam turbine as our control model.
It requires a gas force of 175 bar (2,485 psi). Steam is liquid at +100*C and has 1 bar pressure (14.2 psi). Increasing the temperature to +550*C provides the 175 bar of force needed by the turbine.

CO2 is liquid at a temperature of +32*C and has 64 bar (908.8 psi) pressure. Increasing the CO2 temperature to +50*C increases its pressure to 200 bar (2,840 psi).

Raising the temperature of CO2 from +32*C (64 bar) to +100*C produces 10,000 bar pressure (142,000 psi).

This means if using CO2 and not water you get fifty 350 megawatt turbines for +100*C . If using water and not CO2 you get one 350 megawatt turbine for +550*C.

This lowers Carbon emission as less Coal has to be burnt to get the heat temperature needed by the driver of the turbines!

Qld Power Company, currently burns 240 tonne of Coal for each 350 megawatts of electricity it produces.

In excess of one tonne Carbon come from one tonne of burnt Coal.

Carbon Tax not reduce Carbon it only reduces the supply of electricity by hiking its price. Its is a fraud there is no Carbon reduction.

Government in place of lowering Carbon demands electricity companies to buy Carbon from the Government before releasing it.

It does such with a tax of $5,520 per hour for each and any 350 megawatt turbine. $23,184,000 per year added to the power bill.
It not going to the costs of converting to 24 hour green power!

It never ends, it just goes on and on!

Power companies cant convert over to cheap green power after Government stepped in with its deceit and took all the money away.

Nothing in the Carbon tax or out of the Carbon Tax reduces the Carbon of electricity.


The Carbon tax is a fraud and a deceit. It not hearsay It Parliament records beginning dot one! Flag dates 2002, 2006. 2007.

A problem there and I again quote the records of Parliament (my hate go to all party, its just Labour are in the moment!)

2009 every backbencher but not PM Rudd was personally liable of contempt against the High Court, Ruling of 1953, Section 53 of the Constitution. If proceeding only Kevin's few could Carbon trade in Australia. Kevin took a holiday and changed his mind on that!

2015 we move onto one Julia thought up! Everybody can Carbon trade in Australia and pass the Government person of good character test and plus full scrutiny and checks and balances to earn a Carbon permit. Kevin needs only print them at his desire.

Did somebody mention the High Court or that being left to later.
"The Commonwealth cannot pass legislation protecting it from competition." Went through it with Ansett, DaS, and DaS again.
